In-Stock Furniture: The ReBorn House (TRH) customers have 48 hours after delivery to initiate the return of an item. Assuming TRH is not responsible for any item inconsistencies from the listing, and no damage occurred during transport, the buyer is responsible for all outbound and return delivery charges. The buyer will be refunded once the item has been returned to TRH in good order. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all cancelled orders.

Custom Orders: All Custom-Made Pieces are non-refundable. Once and order is placed and production begins cancellations cannot be accommodated. For any shipping damages, please contact us within 48 hours.
