Do you offer pickup & deliver?

Yes. Pickup is available for many custom orders and products. We also offer delivery and nationwide shipping on most items. Delivery options vary based on the size and type of product being ordered. Contact us for specific delivery and pickup arrangements.

Do you supply fabric?

Yes. We offer a wide selection of fabrics for your project needs. You're welcome to browse and request samples online, or see and feel our fabrics in person at our main location in Westbrook, CT.

Can I visit the store anytime?

Yes. We are open for regular walk-ins. Appointments are available for those who would like a more in depth consultation.

If you’re requesting an appointment to discuss a project, please email us in advance with project details and photos.

You’re always welcome to shop online or contact us with any questions.

Do you make house calls?

No. All furniture repairs and custom work are completed at our workshops throughout the state. However, we do offer select in-home services such as measuring and templating when needed.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Samples of our on-site or off-site fabrics, trims, and wallpapers can be mailed at no additional charge. Please use our contact form to request specific samples.

What is your return policy?

Because many of our products are custom-made, cut-to-order, or special-order items, returns may not be accepted on certain products. Eligible stock items may be returned in accordance with our return policy. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to clarify return eligibility.

Can I add protection to my fabric or material?

Yes. Many fabrics can be treated with stain-resistant, performance, or protective finishes depending on the intended use. If you are concerned about spills, pets, children, outdoor exposure, or heavy traffic, our team can recommend the best protection options for your project.

Can I use my own materials?

Absolutely. We welcome Customer’s Own Material (COM) for many upholstery, drapery, bedding, and custom fabrication projects. Before ordering, please contact us with details about your material so we can verify suitability and yardage requirements.

Can you create other custom orders?

Yes. In addition to our standard offerings, we regularly create custom cushions, pillows, upholstery, bedding, window treatments, headboards, benches, banquettes, and specialty projects. If you have something unique in mind, we’d love to discuss it.

Can I customize my order further? What if I don’t see what I’m looking for?

Most of our products can be customized. From dimensions and fill options to trims, finishes, fabrics, and construction details, we can often tailor a piece to your exact needs. If you don’t see an option on the website, simply reach out—we may be able to create exactly what you’re envisioning.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes. We welcome interior designers, decorators, architects, hospitality professionals, and other members of the trade. Trade accounts may receive access to exclusive pricing, project support, sourcing assistance, and additional resources. Contact us to learn more about our trade program.

How long will my project take?

Lead times vary depending on the type of project, materials selected, and current production schedules. Stock items typically ship more quickly, while custom projects may require additional production time. We will provide an estimated timeline before your order is finalized.

Do you charge for samples? Can I order samples?

Yes, samples are available for many of our fabrics, wallpapers, trims, and other materials. All available samples are $2 each with free shipping. We kindly ask that you respect our limit of 10 samples. Ordering samples is highly recommended to ensure color, texture, and scale are exactly what you expect.
