Refund policy

The ReBorn House takes pride in offering carefully curated collections and custom-crafted pieces. Many of our items are made or finished to order for each client. To preserve the quality and personalization of every item, all sales are considered final except as outlined below.


1. Custom & Specialty Items

This category includes all custom and made-to-order pieces, such as:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Sewing and fabrication work (including custom pillows, cushions, and more)

  • Fabrics, trims, wallcoverings, rugs,and other cut-to-order textiles

  • Any items created to client specifications, finishes, or dimensions

All such items are non-refundable and non-cancelable once production or processing begins. “Production” begins when materials are ordered, allocated, or fabrication has started.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify The ReBorn House within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will review and, if applicable, coordinate repair, replacement, or store credit in accordance with our supplier and production partners.

Due to the natural materials and handcrafted nature of our work, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent and not considered defects.


2. In-Stock Items 

Customers have 48 hours after delivery to request a return for eligible in-stock merchandise, which includes most ready-to-ship furniture, pillows, and gift items.

To initiate a return, please contact office@therebornhouse.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping charges.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns or cancellations.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected by our team.

  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accommodated.

  • Perishable or opened consumables (including tea or food-related items) are final sale and not eligible for return.


3. Design & Service Projects

All design, upholstery, restoration, refinishing, weaving, and related services are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered.
Deposits made toward these projects are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Should a project be delayed or altered by client request, The ReBorn House reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines or associated costs accordingly.


4. General Conditions

  • We do not accept returns on clearance or final-sale items.

  • Items not returned in original condition or packaging will not be eligible for refund.

  • The ReBorn House reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
