Welcome to The ReBorn House (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://www.therebornhouse.com (the “Site”) and any products, services, or features offered by The ReBorn House (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site or Services.
1. General Use
The ReBorn House provides interior design products, furnishings, textiles, and custom services for residential and commercial use. You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time without notice.
2. Product Information & Availability
We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and pricing of our products and services. However, variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, and the handcrafted or natural materials used.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or stock limitations.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by The ReBorn House.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods shown at checkout.
Once an order is confirmed, it will be fulfilled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
4. Custom & Specialty Orders
All custom-made and made-to-order items (including furniture, sewing and fabrication work, fabrics, trims, wallcoverings, rugs, and other cut-to-order textiles) are non-refundable and non-cancelable once production has begun.
“Production” begins when materials are ordered, allocated, or fabrication has started.
Variations in color, grain, weave, or texture are natural and part of the character of handcrafted work. Such variations are not considered defects.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. The ReBorn House is not liable for shipping delays once an item has left our facility or our partners’ facilities.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a product arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact office@therebornhouse.com within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Services & Project Work
All design, upholstery, restoration, refinishing, weaving, and related service work is non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
Deposits made toward these projects are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The ReBorn House reserves the right to adjust pricing and timelines if project specifications change or if delays occur due to client-related factors.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of The ReBorn House or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may view and use the Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No portion of the Site may be copied, modified, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.
8. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The ReBorn House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The ReBorn House, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of our Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Haven County, Connecticut, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
