The ReBorn House ships both custom-made and in-stock pieces with the utmost care. We partner with trusted carriers, white-glove services, and trade logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.
1. Order Processing

In-Stock Items: Orders for ready-to-ship furniture, pillows, tea, and gifts typically ship within 3–7 business days once payment is received and the order is confirmed.

Custom & Specialty Items: Production and lead times vary by product type. Estimated completion timelines are provided at the time of purchase or quotation. Production timelines do not include transit time.

Design & Service Projects: Shipping or pickup of completed upholstery, sewing, or restoration work will be coordinated directly with the client once the project is complete.
2. Shipping Methods
We use a combination of parcel, freight, and white-glove delivery services depending on the size and fragility of each item. Shipping charges are calculated based on item dimensions, weight, and destination.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped. For larger furniture or made-to-order pieces that require special handling, a member of our team will contact you directly with delivery details and next steps.
3. Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you notice any visible damage or packaging irregularities:

Note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing; and

Contact office@therebornhouse.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
Failure to report transit-related damage within this window may limit our ability to file a claim or offer resolution.
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier or freight service.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the continental United States.
For deliveries outside the U.S., please contact us at office@therebornhouse.com for a custom shipping quote prior to placing your order.
5. Delivery Timing
Delivery times provided at checkout or in correspondence are estimates only. While we do our best to meet projected delivery windows, The ReBorn House cannot guarantee exact dates due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or material supply timelines.
6. Failed or Rescheduled Deliveries
If a delivery is missed, refused, or rescheduled after a carrier appointment has been confirmed, the customer is responsible for any associated storage, re-delivery, or return freight fees.
7. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability and production timelines. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond the total quoted at checkout unless a change in delivery address or method is requested.
