Anya Fabric

Anya is a beautiful fabric by Travers. The large-format Jacobean design is already applied to the fine cotton warp before the weaving process begins. In the elaborate warp printing technique, the warp threads shift slightly in relation to each other during weaving, creating an intentionally blurred effect. Shown here in the Neutral 895 colorway.

Collection: Inspired by the records of female Victorian travellers, who criss-crossed the world in a corset. They recorded their adventures through paintings and drawings incorporating the colors and textures of plants, patterns, and vistas from destinations including Siam, Ceylon and Java.
