Wilton Weave, named in honour of the Wilton Royal Carpet Factory in Wiltshire, which once manufactured carpets for Morris & Co., has been thoughtfully reimagined. Retaining the distinctive symmetry and structure of its carpet origins, the design celebrates the intention behind the original artwork. Reminiscent of a tapestry, Wilton Weave is refined in its detailing: stylised flowerheads, scrolling foliage, and decorative dots all come together in a smart, balanced composition. Originally created by John Henry Dearle for carpet design, this piece has been adapted into a detailed flat weave fabric, robust yet elegant, in a cotton-linen blend.
Collection: Carefully developed designs are brought to life through fine fabrics and expert techniques. From sketches and artwork, embroideries, jacquards, and printed damasks are refined and colored to preserve the original vision. Each fabric tells a unique story, blending heritage craftsmanship with modern techniques.
