Wisteria Bloom Mural

This stunning wall mural Wisteria Bloom is inspired by a silk kimono which was once worn by the socialite Emilie Grigsby (1876–1964), whose enviable dress collection was gifted to the V&A in the 1960s. A wealthy and independent American from New York, Emilie was known for her impeccable taste and avant-garde approach to fashion, often sourcing her stunning wardrobe from renowned couturiers in London, Paris and New York. Her eclectic collection not only reflected her unique style, but also celebrated the artistry of international fashion.
