Geisha Fabric

Geisha Fabric is a Jean Monro design, from the London house that has printed rescued English archive chintzes since 1981.

This exquisite design is a supremely European interpretation of chinoiserie, faithful in every respect to a very fine detailed original sketch. A beautiful Chinese lady stands beneath a parasol on a bed of roses, surrounded by traditional motifs the tea urn, floral swags, scrollwork rendered with a delicacy of observation that places Geisha among the most accomplished designs in the collection.

Specifications: Content: 100% Cotton chintz. Width: 51.6" (131 cm). Vertical repeat: 25.2" (64 cm). Abrasion: 15,000 Martindale rubs. Sold by the yard (price upon request).
