Taken from a delightful French document of the mid-nineteenth century, this charming design of foliage, nuts and berries meanders across a very finely drawn moiré ground. The French origin gives it a character of quiet sophistication, and the four colorways all on cotton chintz offer considerable versatility within the finest schemes. A design of great charm and understated distinction.
