Polyanthus Fabric

Polyanthus Fabric

Polyanthus Fabric is part of the Jean Monro collection, a living archive of English prints that Jean Monro first offered to the trade in 1981.

The first design ever produced when the company was founded, and still among the most beloved in the collection. Botanically, the name is a comical error; the main flower is clearly a Primula Auricula, but the groups of flowers surrounded by small clusters of rosebuds and leaves on a moiré striped background have become a perennial favorite used the world over.

Specifications: Content: 100% Cotton chintz. Width: 48.4" (123 cm). Vertical repeat: 17.7" (45 cm). Abrasion: 15,000 Martindale rubs. Sold by the yard (price upon request).
