The starting point of the Saddle Notch wallpaper was a much more complex kilim-inspired design. Studio Ham singled out their favourite element, a brick patterned effect, to create a rustic all-over pattern. The name comes from the technique of arranging logs to construct a cabin. This small-scale versatile print has a wonderful textured feel, making it an excellent backdrop for layering art, mirrors and furniture, it can be seen here in the ecru colorway.
