Scafell is a classic woven plaid defined by intersecting bands of color that create a bold, structured check. Woven in 100% pure wool at the Abraham Moon & Sons mill in Yorkshire, Scafell is well suited to upholstery, curtains and soft furnishings.
Scafell Wool Fabric by Abraham Moon & Sons, woven at Moon's family-owned vertical mill in Guiseley, Yorkshire, which has been making wool cloth since 1837. Part of Moon's Naturally II collection. Offered in 3 colorways: Clay, Dolomite and Shale. Every colorway is also offered with a fire-retardant (FR) finish applied by the mill; choose Fire Retardant under Finish. FR treatment may cause slight variations in color and weight.
Specifications: Content: 100% Pure Wool. Usable width: 53.9 inches. Weight: 525 g per linear metre (16.9 oz per linear yard). Suitable for upholstery, curtains and soft furnishings. Sold by the yard in whole yards.
