Crafted from 100% pure wool, Skye Check showcases soft, blurred tones woven from mélange yarns, enhanced by a meticulous finish. The natural properties of wool create a tactile and versatile fabric, perfectly suited for both drapery and upholstery. Its dual-purpose functionality allows it to shape interiors with ease, bringing depth and character to any space.
Skye Wool Fabric by Abraham Moon & Sons, woven at Moon's family-owned vertical mill in Guiseley, Yorkshire, which has been making wool cloth since 1837. Part of Moon's Naturally II and Plaids & Tartans collections. Offered in 14 colorways: Almandine, Amethyst, Burnt Orange, Claret, Clay, Dolomite, Jade, Moonstone, Olivine, Red, Sage, Sea, Shale and Tourmaline. A fire-retardant (FR) finish applied by the mill is also offered in 10 of the 14 colorways; choose Fire Retardant under Finish to see which. FR treatment may cause slight variations in color and weight.
Specifications: Content: 100% Pure Wool. Usable width: 53.9 inches. Weight: 525 g per linear metre (16.9 oz per linear yard). Suitable for upholstery, curtains and soft furnishings. Sold by the yard in whole yards.
